Fort Worth occupancy rates still holding strong (Fort Worth Business Press)
After postponing the release of its State of Downtown publication, which highlights office, residential, retail and hospitality trends in downtown Fort Worth, Downtown Fort Worth Inc. has released its report complete with first quarter 2009 performance numbers – and though some sectors have ticked downward, overall performance has held steady.
